We are not a landscape company, we are a consulting firm with many years of "High Touch" service in the Green Industry.  Landscape Contracts are one of the highest costs for a community and that investment should be protected.   We focus on corrective measures to help your landscape vendor better serve your community.  We provide easy to read inspection reports with photos tailored to your communities needs and budgets.  

We maintain certified horticulturalist on staff to ensure that all aspects of your landscape are measured against Industry Standards.  All staff are FNGLA Certified as well as GI-BMP Certified.  We focus on implementing Industry Standards to make sure that the landscape is maintained to be at its healthiest.  We encourage vendors to seek Horticulture Certification through Florida and through national groups that set Industry Standards. 

We can assist communities in writing the Scope of work inside of their Contracts.  We strive to find where costs may be reduced and services elevated.  We have saved some communities money by bringing some services together.   

Our reports will include photos, notes and corrective measures, as well as a generated score to show where progress is actually being made.  Boards will be emailed a copy of the reports and generated score that reflects the work being completed based on the Scope of Work outlined in the Service Contract.

Our competitors reports do not have photographs and minimal detail of work needed, we find that the vendors and communities are left in the same position they were in before hiring us.  With little direction, we have witnessed that vendors are always playing catch up and reacting rather than creating proactive behaviors.   .

We encourage the vendors on site to use our inspections as a type of punch list to address items that may have been missed or that will need addressed in the future.  We make notes that are easy to follow and outline what needs to be completed.
